Celsius Graduate Recruitment Limited is seeking a fluent English and German-speaking Graduate Sales Development Representative to join their London team. The role focuses on prospecting, qualification, and insulinizing the demand generation process for enterprise software clients.

You will work in a fast-growing environment, using Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools to manage leads, track activities and drive qualified opportunities. Salary includes £35k base plus £10k uncapped OTE.

Qualifications

• Fluent bilingual English and German speaker.

• Excellent data entry and lead management in Salesforce.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Contact and educate prospects to generate qualified sales opportunities.
• Support demand generation with pre-call planning and outreach emails.
• Conduct high-level conversations with executives to identify challenges and propose solutions.
• Create a positive prospect experience to enable future sales cycles.
• Meet or exceed weekly KPI targets for meetings set and held.
