Job summary

Cavalry, based in Central London, leads projects delivered for the Paris office and collaborates closely with the Paris team and key client stakeholders. You will manage projects and workflows from London, ensuring effective communication, coordination and delivery across both locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in a production or creative agency.
• Fluent in French and English (verbal and written).
• Excellent attention to detail in processes, presentations and writing.
• Strong problem solving and innovative thinking for client requirements.
• Able to understand processes and their importance.
• Sociable, team oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with project management or asset management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define, plan and manage project timelines, budgets and scope of work.
• Oversee delivery for the Paris office from London and communicate with stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross‑location production teams and partners to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Maintain client relationships and provide regular status updates to leadership.
• Travel to the Paris office may be required and pre‑sale meetings may be held with clients.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and project processes.
