Job summary

DMCG Global in London seeks an experienced Bids & Pursuits Specialist to join its team. The role blends hands-on bid delivery with involvement in pursuit strategy, positioning and winning new business.

You’ll work with senior architects and practice leaders to develop compelling proposals, narratives and visuals that communicate the practice’s expertise and competitive edge. Salary up to £60,000. Flexible studio-based work pattern in London.

Qualifications

• The candidate has a strong background in bids, proposals or pursuits within design studios or related environments.
• Proven experience producing and managing high-quality proposals and submissions.
• Excellent InDesign skills with PowerPoint and strong visual/layout sense.
• Ability to write clear, persuasive content and craft visual narratives.
• Understanding commercial and strategic factors in winning projects.
• Confidently engage with senior stakeholders and influence submissions.
• Outstanding organisation and ability to manage competing deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and produce high-quality bids, proposals, presentations and submissions from brief to delivery.
• Collaborate with senior architects and leaders to shape pursuit strategies.
• Create compelling narratives and visuals showcasing the practice's expertise.
• Contribute to market research, competitive intelligence and positioning.
• Coordinate input from multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive submissions.
• Proactively provide ideas and challenge thinking to win new work.
