Qualifications

• Experience writing bids for social housing, maintenance, refurbishment, or construction.
• Ability to present technical information clearly in English.
• Understanding of housing associations and local authority expectations.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit and proofread quality responses for tenders, framework applications and supplier questionnaires.
• Review tender documents, evaluation criteria and submission requirements.
• Gather relevant information from colleagues and turn it into clear, tailored responses.
• Develop content covering mobilisation, service delivery, resident liaison, quality, health and safety, social value and sustainability.
• Produce case studies that demonstrate relevant experience and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate contributions and internal reviews to meet submission deadlines.
• Maintain an accurate library of bid content, project examples and supporting evidence.
• Use tender feedback to improve future submissions.
