Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience preparing PQQs and tender submissions in construction or civil engineering.
• Degree in construction or engineering preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient with IT and presentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop win strategies and answer plans for tenders and PQQs.
• Lead bids from kickoff to submission.
• Produce, edit and review bespoke tender responses.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants.
• Prepare client presentations and attend interviews.
• Maintain bid information in systems and company tools.

The Role

• Develop win strategies and answer plans for tenders and PQQs
• Review requirements and plan overall submission approach
• Research to support well-informed, high-quality bid submissions
• Lead assigned bids, from kick-off meetings to coordinating written responses
• Produce, edit, and review bespoke tender responses aligned with client needs
• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants on technical content
• Prepare client presentation materials and attend interviews as required
• Maintain bid information within bid software and company systems
• Visit project sites to gather information for case studies

The Person

• 5 + years' experience preparing PQQs and tender submissions within construction or civil engineering
• Third-level qualification in a construction or engineering discipline, desirable
• Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
• Highly organised, able to manage workload and meet tight deadlines
• Skilled with IT and presentation tools
