Kingdom Services Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Bid Manager to turn complex requirements into compelling, high-scoring tender responses. You will manage tender activity, deadlines and deliverables, coordinating teams to produce persuasive submissions that meet client needs and governance standards.

This hybrid role requires 2–3 years in bid management, strong writing/editing skills and the ability to work with senior leaders and SMEs.

• 2–3 years' experience in bid or tender management.
• Evidence of supporting or delivering high-quality tender submissions.
• Excellent bid writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organisation and project-management abilities.
• Ability to work with senior leaders and SMEs and manage deadlines.
• A calm, resilient approach under pressure.
• Sound commercial awareness and ability to translate solutions into customer value.
• Experience with tender portals or bid-management systems.

We're looking for an experienced Bid Manager to play a key role in supporting our continued growth.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll Be Responsible For

• Managing tender activity, deadlines, stakeholders and deliverables
• Producing and editing high-quality, persuasive tender responses
• Turning operational solutions and evidence into compelling customer-focused content
• Coordinating bid teams, kick-off meetings and solution-development sessions
• Ensuring submissions meet customer requirements and internal governance standards
• Maintaining accurate version control, documentation and audit trails
• Developing and improving our bid content, case studies and evidence library
• Reviewing tender feedback and scoring to strengthen future submissions
• Supporting tender reporting and providing clear insight on progress and outcomesContributing to case studies, award submissions and relevant industry content

What We're Looking For

You'll Ideally Bring

• A minimum of 2 to 3 years' experience in a similar bid or tender management role
• Evidence of successfully supporting or delivering high-quality tender submissions
• Exceptional bid writing, editing and proofreading skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organisation and project-management skills
• The confidence to work with senior leaders, operational teams and subject-matter experts
• The ability to challenge constructively and keep stakeholders accountable for deadlines
• A calm, resilient approach when working under pressure
• Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of how to turn operational solutions into customer value
• Excellent Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills
• Experience using tender portals or bid-management systems
• APMP certification, or actively working towards it
