Job summary

Ipsum is seeking a Bid Manager to lead strategic tenders for major projects in the non-regulated Power sector from Wakefield. You will drive the development of compelling submissions, coordinating with senior stakeholders to shape tendering strategy and ensure governance throughout the process.

You will collaborate with operations and management teams to align tender approaches with key account plans, manage content quality, and deliver high-quality responses in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Experience in bid/tendering within fast-paced, matrixed environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute tendering strategies, including storyboarding, content creation, governance checks and high-quality submissions.
• Lead end-to-end tender lifecycle, ensuring capability, capacity, quality and compliance in all documents.
• Collaborate with internal teams and senior stakeholders to develop high-scoring proposals and manage milestones.
