Build Recruitment Limited is seeking a Bid Manager to lead tender submissions for housing and property services on a permanent basis. The role focuses on end-to-end bid management, collaboration with multiple teams and delivering compliant, compelling proposals.

The ideal candidate will have housing/construction bid experience, exceptional writing skills and the ability to drive bid strategies to win contracts. This is a permanent, full-time position based in the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience in bid/tender submissions within housing, construction or property services.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate inputs from operational, commercial and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the bid process from initial tender to submission.
• Develop and write high-quality tender and proposal content.

• Review tender requirements to ensure compliant submissions.
