The EMEA Legal team focuses on providing clear, accurate, relevant, and timely advice and guidance on a variety of legal topics relating to business sector, products, and services. The team is responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial contracts and agreements. They manage and mitigate legal risks by designing and implementing policies and procedures and ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to Insight’s business.
Role Overview:
The Bid Manager coordinates the bid response process, develops and maintains a knowledge base of standard answers and templates, and identifies ways to improve the quality, consistency, and efficiency of the bid response process. They identify new business opportunities aligned with Insight’s strategy, particularly in their own region and or area of expertise. They are responsible for developing relationships with external parties in order to advance new opportunities, win submissions, and secure work by value and type to meet company objectives. They also work closely with the Senior Bid Manager to develop client solutions and prepare responses. In addition, the Bid Manager oversees all quality, technical, and commercial aspects in accordance with company procedures, and develops best practice systems and processes and implements them across other regions whilst maintaining and building relations.
