Job description

We are currently seeking to appoint a Bid Manager to join our expanding studio in London. If you have the required competencies and are passionate about working in a dynamic international architectural design practice, we would love to hear from you.

All candidates must have:

Minimum of8 years working relevant experience;

Degree educated or relevant years of industry experience;

Previous working experience in the architectural industry is highly preferable;

Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in tender submissions and proposals, procurement regulations, and contract management principles;

Organised and detail-oriented, and able to multi task and prioritise to meet multiple deadlines;

Previous experience managing projects and initiatives, good business and numeracy sense;

Proficient with Microsoft Office packages and Creative Suite software, in particular InDesign;

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and results-oriented approach;

Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills, independent and self-motivated to work under pressure.
