Job summary

SES Engineering Services is seeking a Bid Manager to join our North West team on a full-time permanent basis, supporting the South regions. You will drive the bid process to ensure a well-co-ordinated submission for adjudication and help advance pre-construction efforts within a collaborative, supportive environment.

You will lead tenders in line with SES Bid Strategy, manage stakeholders, ensure timely bid delivery, and coordinate internal and external resources while aligning with supply chain

Qualifications

• Experience in bid management and tender leadership.
• Understanding of bid strategy, governance, and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Implementation of agreed bid strategy.

• Delivery of settlement requirements.
• Chairing project settlements.
• Managing input/output from internal and external resource.

The role:

SES Engineering Services are looking for a Bid Manager on a full-time permanent contract to join our North West team supporting the South regions to manage SES Engineering Services individual project bid process to ensure that a properly considered and co-ordinated bid can be presented for adjudication.

What you'll be doing:

Our Bid Managers are a valuable part of our business, leading the way to provide leadership on tenders in accordance with the SES Bid Strategy and governance.

As a Bid Manager you will be involved in the following:

• Implementation of agreed bid strategy
• Project specific stakeholder management
• Delivery of settlement requirements
• Chairing project settlements
• Managing input/output from internal and external resource
• Agree supply chain with business unit
• Responsible for the delivery of the bid on time and to the required standard
