We are searching for a Bid professional with recent construction bidding experience to join our London region as Bid Manager to support further growth of our Project Management, Cost Management and Building Surveying services in the Greater London area.As Bid Manager for our London office, you willsupport business growth through the creation of high quality, winning bid submissions, working from a strategy of targeting the right opportunities, with the right proposition, in a compelling way.
As Bid Manager you willlead bids for our London region. You will lead strategy and storyboarding workshops, plan, write and manage the response process to ensure that a compelling, professional and compliant bid is developed. You will manage multiple bids simultaneously in collaboration with Gleeds' Global Pursuits team
As a collaborative, success focused and professional Bid Manager, you will develop win strategies and bid plans, bringing ideas, innovation and fresh, creative thinking to the department. You will also be a team ambassador, setting high standards of professionalism and demonstrating Gleeds values through your work -Professionalism with personality.Excellence with humility.Innovation with agility.
