Due to a large pipeline and ongoing projects, our client is seeking a Bid Manager to join their team. You will be working on water infrastructure projects in North London/North West London, involving both clean and wastewater infrastructure.
You will join an experienced team of Bid Managers, Bid Coordinators, and Bid Writers, maintaining strong relationships with the Estimating team. The team primarily comprises professionals with engineering backgrounds, providing a rich environment for technical learning and development.
The ideal candidate will have experience in public sector bidding and strategic reviews. The team values fresh ideas and innovative approaches to tenders, given the long-term stability of its members and their technical expertise in the utility industry.
The client is a leading utility and civil engineering contractor in the southeast, with low staff turnover and strong relationships with key water clients such as Thames Water, Southern Water, Affinity Water, and South East Water. This offers long-term stability.
Salary range: £70,000 – £80,000 plus benefits.
