Greener. Fairer. Future.

Due to incredible demand, we’re expanding our high performing Electric Vehicle Bid Team and looking for an experienced Bid Coordinator to respond to the significant number of RFI and RFP’s we are working on.

Reporting to the Bid Manager, you’ll be directly working on a number of key bids and your focus will also be on further improving our existing bid process into a streamlined, high-winning commercial capability, working collaboratively across a number of teams.

  • Qualification support: pull together the facts for bid/no-bid decisions (client size, deadline, requirements, fit)

  • Content library: We already have a library and toolkit and but would like you to update, build and maintain approved answers (compliance, tax, process, case studies, T&Cs)
  • Coordination: collaborate with subject matter experts in compliance, legal, finance, and product for required inputs against deadlines
  • Admin and submission: manage trackers, forms, the final formatting and QA, and the portal submission
  • Win/loss tracking: log outcomes and client feedback to improve future bids
