Are you a skilled communicator with a knack for crafting persuasive, high-quality proposals? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where your work directly contributes to winning new business? We're looking for a dynamic Bid Lead/Author to join our team and play a vital role in driving growth for our IT Managed Services business.

In this pivotal position, you'll take ownership of the bid process, coordinating, drafting, and managing responses to client Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Invitations to Tender (ITTs), and Requests for Information (RFIs). Your strategic thinking and attention to detail will ensure our proposals not only meet but exceed client expectations, showcasing our capabilities and positioning us as the partner of choice.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  1. Bid Planning & Coordination:
    Lead kick-off meetings, define scopes, assign responsibilities, and manage bid plans to meet submission deadlines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, technical, service delivery, and project management) to gather inputs.
  2. Proposal Development:
    Write and edit compelling, tailored proposals that align with client needs and highlight our value proposition. Showcase your strategic thinking by developing messaging that demonstrates how our IT Managed Services solve client challenges.
  3. Compliance & Quality Assurance:
    Ensure all bids adhere to client requirements, including format, content, certifications, and SLAs. Perform meticulous quality checks to guarantee consistency, professionalism, and compliance.
  4. Stakeholder Engagement:
    Work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and technical teams to craft accurate, impactful responses. Partner with sales teams to align proposals with broader business development strategies.
  5. Content Management & Analysis:
    Maintain a repository of reusable templates, technical responses, and case studies, ensuring content stays up-to-date. Gather feedback on bids to improve future submissions and enhance the company's competitive edge.
