You’ll join an exciting, fast-paced team focused on growing the Howden business. Our Bid Management team plays a crucial role in securing new business by overseeing the end-to-end process of responding to tenders and proposals. They shape the narrative that differentiates Howden in the insurance market and reinforce our brand credibility and client trust through high-quality bid responses.
Throughout the apprenticeship, you’ll gain experience in both Bid Coordination and Bid Design, learning how to sell Howden to clients. You’ll develop skills such as writing persuasive content and creating high-quality, visually engaging documentation for major clients. You’ll also work on pitch presentations and client reports, liaising with departments across Howden for unparalleled exposure.
Additionally, you’ll complete the Certificate in Insurance (Level 3) Chartered Insurance Institute qualification, providing a grounding in basic general insurance principles.
