Job summary

Screening Eagle Technologies AG is seeking a motivated Business Intelligence and Reporting Manager to transform global data into reliable semantic models, reports, and dashboards that support decision-making across Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, Production, and other business functions.

You will design, develop, and maintain professional Power BI reports and semantic models with future AI capabilities in mind.

Qualifications

• Several years’ experience in a similar BI/Reporting role.
• Strong knowledge of semantic-model design and dimensional modelling.
• Strong DAX and Power Query skills.
• Solid Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL experience.
• Ability to write complex queries (joins, CTEs, subqueries, window functions).
• Experience with complex, inconsistent data and data quality issues.
• Ability to understand Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, Production processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Build and manage scalable Power BI semantic models with AI capabilities in mind.
• Design fact tables, dimensions, relationships, and star schemas.
• Develop reusable DAX measures and optimize queries.
• Transform data using SQL, Power Query, and Power BI.
• Integrate data from ERP, CRM, Excel, APIs, and other systems.
• Validate and reconcile data against source systems.
• Support BI users across departments and countries.
