Job summary

Castle Trust Bank is seeking a highly analytical BI Analyst to design and deliver Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions across Savings, Mortgage and Lending lines. You will collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements, ensure data quality and promote self-service analytics while contributing to governance and platform evolution.

The role blends data analysis, governance and user enablement, backed by modern BI tooling, SQL and DAX expertise.

Qualifications

Experience designing and delivering BI solutions with Power BI.
Strong SQL querying, data analysis and data validation skills.
Knowledge of DAX measures, time intelligence and performance optimization.
Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into reporting solutions.
Experience supporting data testing and quality assurance activities.
Understanding of data governance principles including lineage and reporting standards.

Responsibilities

Develop engaging dashboards, reports and analytic solutions to support decision-making.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate reporting needs into data solutions.
Build and maintain Power BI reporting solutions and semantic models.
Support business change initiatives with insightful, accurate reporting outputs.
Validate, test and reconcile data to ensure trusted outputs.
Investigate data quality issues and improve data integrity with teams.
Promote self-service analytics and governed data products.
Contribute to the evolution of the data platform and AI-enabled analytics.
