Job summary

Amazon.com, Inc. in the United Kingdom seeks a Business Intelligence Engineer II to own speed and cost metrics across the Same Day network, turning complex operational data into decisions that shape how customers get their orders the same day.

You will design and run pipelines, dashboards and self-serve datasets, publish QuickSight dashboards, define metrics, investigate anomalies, and partner with operations, program and finance to translate questions into measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience analyzing and interpreting data from data warehouses and BI tools.
• Proficiency with SQL for data extraction and Python for data processing.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Quicksight or similar).
• Familiarity with data modeling, warehousing, and ETL pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain ETL pipelines on Redshift to create trusted datasets.
• Own reporting for speed and cost metrics and for same-day delivery volumes.
• Design and publish QuickSight dashboards and self-serve data products for partners.
• Define consistent metrics and investigate data anomalies across the EU5 network.
