BI Developer — Power BI & Fabric Analytics Engineer

Job summary

Silverstone is seeking a talented BI Developer to drive data and analytics across the organisation. You will design, develop and support reporting, analytics and data solutions that enable informed decision-making.

You will work across multiple data sources, build Power BI reports and semantic models, implement ETL/ELT, ensure data quality and governance, and collaborate with IT and business teams to deliver scalable data insights.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a BI Developer, Power BI Developer, Analytics Engineer or similar role.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Fabric (Desired).
• Advanced Power BI skills including data modelling, DAX, Power Query and semantic models.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
• Experience designing ETL/ELT processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimise Microsoft Fabric solutions, including Dataflows, Lakehouses, Warehouses and Pipelines.
• Design and implement scalable data ingestion and transformation processes.
• Build and maintain ELT/ETL processes that integrate data from multiple business systems.
• Design, develop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards and semantic models.
• Create intuitive visualisations that provide actionable business insights.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines and data refresh processes.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand reporting requirements.
• Provide support, training and guidance to report users.
