You'll join a dynamic, agile business with an existing headcount of 35 people.

They work with an impressive portfolio of international clients spanning several industries, including pharma, financial services, FMCG, and industrial.

The Role

The business is evolving, and we’re looking for a BI Developer to join their data and insights team.

This diverse role involves partnering with various teams to develop reports, dashboards, and data views to support project activities and key deliverables.

We’re ideally seeking someone with strong experience in MySQL and Power BI. You’ll join a supportive, collaborative, agile environment, although the entire business operates remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the full lifecycle of BI engagement (design, implementation, testing, and ongoing support) for reports and analytics packages to meet requirements.
2. Design, develop, and administer internal reporting packages in Power BI.
3. Collaborate with customer representatives to analyze and document customer-specific reporting, analytics, and integration requirements.
4. Support the creation of integration packages that enable customers to import, export, and transform their data efficiently.

What Experience You’ll Need:

1. 1-3 years of commercial experience developing reports or analytics using BI tools such as Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, or similar.
2. Strong SQL/MySQL and database skills, particularly in query development for data extraction.
3. Experience managing cloud services within BI tools to facilitate collaboration internally and with clients.
4. Experience building reports in Crystal Reports, Business Objects, Quadbase ERES, or similar tools.
5. Ability to establish strong relationships with customers, lead communications, and facilitate discussions.
6. Technically savvy with a solid understanding of software complexities.
