Job summary

Symphony Communication Services is seeking a data‑driven Business Intelligence & Solutions Placement Student to join our BI team. You will translate raw data into actionable insights by designing dashboards and auditing data integrity.

Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to gather reporting requirements and deliver analytical insights that support key business decisions and guide strategy.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Solid proficiency in SQL querying and advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas).
• Exposure to Python or R and strong analytical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automated dashboards to track platform usage and key metrics.
• Identify inefficiencies in data reporting workflows and propose automated solutions.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to explore new opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to gather requirements and deliver insights.
• Perform routine audits and data cleaning to ensure data integrity.
