Job summary

KC Group is seeking a BI Analyst for a full-time temporary role in Coventry with hybrid working (minimum 2 days onsite). The position involves designing and delivering high-quality reporting, dashboards and data insights, with a 2-month contract and 37 hours per week.

A DLVA check is required prior to submission and a Basic DBS check on offer. The ideal candidate will have strong Power BI skills, experience in business analysis and requirements gathering, advanced Excel, and desirable SQL

Immediate Start Required

We’re looking for a BI Analyst to design and deliver high-quality reporting, dashboards, and data insights.

You’ll work closely with services to understand their needs, build data models, and create visualisations that support informed decision-making.

This is a full-time temporary role Initially on a 2 month contract with potential for extension, working Monday-Friday, 37 hours per week on hybrid basis. Please note the role requires a DLVA check prior to submission, and a Basic DBS check upon successful offer.

• Gather, link, and analyse data from multiple sources

To be considered for the BI Analyst role:

• Strong Power BI skills and experience building dashboards
• Experience in business analysis and requirements gathering
• Advanced Excel skills; SQL desirable
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Able to use initiative and work both independently and in a team
• Confident communicating insights to a range of stakeholders

• Coventry (Hybrid – minimum 2 days onsite)
• £17.47 PAYE
• Full time Monday-Friday, 37 hours per week
• Basic DBS check required upon offer
