Applications are invited for this post specializing in Radiation Safety and Diagnostic Radiology within the Regional Medical Physics Service. The role is suitable for candidates with at least an Upper Second Class Honours Degree in Physics or a relevant science subject. The successful candidate will register on the Modernising Scientific Careers (MSC) Scientist Training Programme (STP), aiming to achieve registration as a clinical scientist with the Health and Care Professions Council upon completion. The trainee will undertake educational MSc components at a UK university (currently University of Liverpool), with practical training provided across various hospitals within Belfast HSC Trust.
