Refresco Pontefract is seeking a Production Team Operative to join our state-of-the-art facility. You’ll operate and support production lines, perform quality checks, and ensure compliance with safety and GMP standards while working 42 hours on a 3-on/3-off shift pattern.
The role is permanent with a shift allowance and opportunities for growth within a large beverage company. You will be part of a supportive team, with training provided, and opportunities for salary reviews, overtime, and
Competenze
- Competency in Health & Safety Procedures.
- Competent at completing area/machine safety checks and reporting non-conformances.
- Competent at completing quality checks and documentation.
- Compliant with GMP and good housekeeping.
- Completes effective handovers with oncoming shifts.
Mansioni
- Operating equipment and supporting operation of machinery, fault-finding, changeovers, asset care, and basic maintenance.
- Complete quality checks and record results, reporting non-conformances.
- Work as part of a team to help the site achieve targets and customer service.
- Contribute to meeting team and company production targets to support business.
