Meridian Business Support Ltd is recruiting for a Process Operative at a global soft drinks manufacturer in Bridgwater. You will be preparing and blending juices and beverages to exact recipes, while maintaining quality and safety standards in a busy FMCG environment.

The role involves day-night shift rotation on 12-hour shifts, with responsibilities including weighing ingredients, operating processing equipment, and timely documentation.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 25 kg.
• Willingness to work rotating day and night shifts.
• Experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) manufacturing is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, weigh and mix ingredients in line with recipes and schedules.
• Operate processing and blending equipment safely.
• Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
• Monitor production processes and identify issues before they affect operations.
• Handle raw materials and drums safely, including regular manual handling.
• Complete production documentation accurately and timely.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and housekeeping.
• Work with Production, Quality and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth production flow.
• Take ownership of your area and keep it organized and compliant.
