Job summary

Radisson Blu Hotel, London Mercer Street is seeking a Food & Beverage Associate via Axiom Hospitality. You will join a supportive team, serve beverages, set tables and maintain high cleanliness standards to delight guests.

The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, has strong communication skills, and can work independently within a busy environment; full-time, 40 hours/week; UK work-right required.

Qualifications

• Hospitality industry passion required.
• Restaurant or bar experience preferred but not essential.
• Excellent personal presentation.
• Good knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety procedures.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Enthusiastic team player with flexible approach.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and serving beverages.
• Setting tables and welcoming guests.
• Maintaining high cleanliness in Food & Beverage outlets.
• Knowledge of the food and beverage menu.
• Responding to guests' menu questions.
• Communicating guest questions re wait times, availability, and dietary needs to teams.
