Bury Council seeks a Best Start Inclusion Practitioner to champion inclusive practice and help identify SEND early for children aged 0-25 via the Best Start Family Hubs. The role focuses on supporting families, improving home learning, and strengthening inclusion across early years settings.
You will work with families, early years settings, and multi-agency partners to spot needs early, remove barriers to learning, and ensure the right support at the right time.
The role of Best Start inclusion Practitioner will be responsible for the following:
Normal hours of work are 37 hours per week based around the usual business working week. Dependent on service requirements, you may be required to work on a rota basis.
