Working as part of the Best Start Family Hubs Programme, the Best Start Capital Programme Officer will support the delivery of capital-funded improvements across Family Hub and Network Site locations, helping to create welcoming, accessible, inclusive and family-focused spaces for children aged 0-5 and their families.The role will focus on coordinating a range of development activities, including refurbishment projects, accessibility improvements, environmental enhancements, branding implementation and site improvements. Working closely with Family Hub teams, Property Services, contractors and partners, you will help ensure capital developments are organised, monitored and delivered effectively in support of the Best Start vision.Initially, the role will support the development of two identified Best Start Family Hubs before contributing to the wider enhancement and expansion of Family Hub and Network Site provision across the BCP area. This presents a unique opportunity to be involved in a significant programme of change that will help shape the future delivery of Family Hubs locally.We are looking for an organised and proactive individual with strong coordination and stakeholder engagement skills. You will have experience of supporting programmes, projects or service improvement activities, maintaining records and monitoring progress, and working collaboratively with a range of partners.
