We are excited to invite applications for the newly established role of Best Start Outreach Workeras part of the development of our Best Start Family Hubs programme.

This is an exciting opportunity to support families with babies and children aged 0-5 years, helping to ensure they can access the services, advice and support they need during their child's earliest and most important years of development. Working across Family Hub sites, community venues and family homes, Best Start Outreach Workers will play a vital role in engaging families who may be less likely to access support, building trusted relationships and helping children get the very best start in life.

You will work directly with families with young children, providing information, advice and guidance, supporting families to identify their strengths and needs, and helping them to navigate and access the right support at the right time. This may include support relating to parenting, child development, health, education and wider family wellbeing.

We are looking for enthusiastic, compassionate and motivated individuals who are passionate about improving outcomes for babies, young children and their families.
