Qualifications

• Experience as Site Manager in energy/power/infrastructure sectors.
• Electrical installations background preferred, civils management also ok.
• Experience on BESS, substation, renewable energy projects advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations on a BESS project.
• Coordinate electrical installation teams, civils subcontractors and site personnel.
• Ensure all works follow health and safety requirements.
• Monitor progress and keep activities on programme.
• Review RAMS, permits and site documentation.
• Liaise with project management, engineering teams and subcontractors.
• Maintain quality standards and compliance with specifications.
• Identify and resolve site issues to maintain progress.
