Job summary

Hiring People seeks an experienced joiner to join our workshop team in Monikie, Scotland. You will manufacture and assemble bespoke joinery products, including kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms, from drawings and specifications.

You’ll work primarily in the workshop with occasional installation tasks, in a supportive team focused on high-quality bespoke work. Training on specialist machinery is provided and a van is included.

Qualifications

• Experience producing bespoke joinery, cabinetry or similar products.
• Ability to work accurately from drawings and specifications.
• Good attention to detail and pride in your workmanship.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience using CNC machinery, beam saws or edge banders would be useful, training can be provided.

Responsibilities

• Manufacturing and assembling bespoke kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms and other joinery.
• Working from technical drawings, plans and specifications.
• Using workshop machinery and hand tools.
• Ensuring finished products are accurate and completed to a high standard.
• Occasionally assisting with fitting and installation work.
• Working with the wider workshop team to meet production deadlines.
• Keeping your work area clean and safe.
