Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment are seeking an experienced Cabinet Maker for a high-end bespoke joinery manufacturer in Rugby. You will lead projects from conception to completion, applying veneering skills and manual machining to exacting standards, and mentor an apprentice.

This role offers a £35,000-£40,000 salary, Monday–Friday 8:00–17:30, free on-site parking, and clear progression within a Royal Warrant heritage environment supplying to National Trust and English Heritage.

Qualifications

• Extensive cabinet making experience in bespoke environments.
• Proficient veneering knowledge.
• Experience training or mentoring apprentices.

Responsibilities

• Creating project targets to meet manufacturing commitments
• Selecting suitable materials to create attractive products
• Operating Manual Machinery such as band saws
• Training an apprentice in Cabinet Making
• Monday to Friday, 8 - 5:30
