Job summary

Benugo are seeking an experienced Cafe Supervisor to join the team at Savill Garden. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring our product and service are always of the highest standard, while leading and motivating the team to deliver exceptional hospitality.

The ideal candidate will have strong food and beverage knowledge, outstanding customer service and leadership skills, plus a commitment to Food Safety and Health & Safety. Competitive rate and a supportive culture are offered.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Cafe Supervisor to join the team at Savill Garden

About Savill Garden:

Savill Garden is a prestigious and award-winning destination, attracting thousands of visitors annually who come to experience its stunning landscapes and world-class facilities. As a Cafe Supervisor within this esteemed venue, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional hospitality that complements our guests' experience. Your leadership will ensure that our cafe operates to the highest standards, reflecting the quality and excellence that Savill Garden is renowned for.

We Offer:

Rate: £14.50 per hour

Shifts: 5 days out of 7 / Weekends

Contract: Full Time / Part Time

About the Cafe Supervisor role:

• To oversee the day-to-day operations by ensuring that our product and the service we provide are always of the highest standard
• To supervise, manage and motivate the team
• To support the management team in working towards improving sales and service
• To ensure high levels of Food and Health & Safety are always maintained

The ideal candidate will possess good food and beverage knowledge in addition to outstanding customer service and leadership skills.
