Job summary

Benugo is seeking an experienced Barista to join the team. You will prepare and serve coffee and tea drinks, and develop expert knowledge of our beverages while maintaining high service standards.

You will assist the Head Barista in training the team, handle and maintain coffee equipment, and ensure food safety and cleanliness across the site. Prior experience in drinks is required, and you'll contribute to a welcoming customer experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience preparing and serving drinks is required.
• Ability to develop knowledge of Benugo's coffee and tea offerings.
• Experience supporting a head barista and training staff.
• Commitment to food safety and high guest service standards.

We are looking for an experienced Barista to join the team at

About the Barista role:

• Preparing and serving coffee and tea drinks

• Developing and maintaining expert knowledge of coffee and tea served at Benugo

• Supporting the Head Barista in training the team

• Properly handling and maintainng all coffee equipment

• Ensuring the customers experience is maintained at all times to the highest standard

• Ensuring that food safety standards are always followed

• General cleaning duties and general tasks across the site

Previous experience preparing and serving drinks is required.
