Kraken is seeking an experienced Benefits Lead to own our global benefits programme across all countries we employ in. You’ll manage brokers and vendors, ensure compliance, and translate data into the right benefits mix that supports retention and hiring.

  • Confidence with data and spreadsheets, and good judgement about what the numbers mean.

  • Bring the numbers and the story together so leadership can make confident calls on benefits spend, and so we can explain to our people why we've invested where we have.
