Job summary

Babcock is seeking a Benefits Lead to establish, monitor and optimise benefits realisation across complex programmes. You will work with senior stakeholders and programme teams to develop business cases, manage value frameworks and drive governance in a security-conscious environment.

The role offers hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days in the office, with a focus on workshops, reporting and proactive benefit management in national security projects.

Qualifications

• Experience managing benefits realisation within complex programmes or projects.
• Strong understanding of business case development, value management and benefits frameworks.
• Desirable APMP/Value and Benefits Management qualification, or equivalent.
• Management Successful Programmes, APM or Lean qualifications.
• Professional development relating to benefits management, governance or portfolio management.
