Salary: £56,911 - £69,342 dependent on experience, plus a allowances totalling £2,928. Most individuals should expect to start on the band minimum.

For Counter Terrorism Policing (CTP), delivering projects is not just about bringing improvements. It’s about keeping millions of people safe across the UK. Our Portfolio Management Office supports a portfolio of projects and programmes that will help better protect our country.

Joining our rapidly growing Change Portfolio team, we’re looking for a Portfolio Benefits Lead to help manage a complex and diverse portfolio of projects and programmes. It’s your chance to play your part in a challenge that’s as important as it gets: protecting the UK and its communities.

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic team lead who has demonstrable experience in managing benefits in a project or portfolio environment. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and implementation of the approach, product sets and standards for benefits realisation across the national and London Counter Terrorism & Protective Security (CT & PS) portfolios of projects and programmes.

You will have a varied role, where no two days are the same. You will have lead responsibilities for both Portfolio Management and Centre of Excellence for benefits management. You will lead a busy team, whilst having autonomy and ownership for the development and implementation of best-practice PPM controls.
