Job summary

Lockton Bath is seeking an experienced Benefits Analyst to join the SME team. You will support benefit reviews, policy implementations and client inquiries, collaborating with consultants to ensure smooth onboarding for new clients.

The role requires a solid background in insurance or employee benefits, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to data, reporting and relationships with insurers and clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance or employee benefits or professional services.
• Strong customer service skills and client relationship development.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; good IT skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and timeliness.
• Excellent communication, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with clients, insurers and colleagues.
• Liaise with clients, insurers and internal teams to maintain relationships.
• Support consultants and SME producers to onboard new clients.
• Ensure data accuracy and update Lockton databases with client changes.
• Assist with benefit reviews, policy implementations and reporting.
• Prepare client reports, data sets and presentations.
• Handle client inquiries and manage mailbox communications.
