As the Strategy, Performance, Business Development and Growth directorate matures within the NHSBSA, there is a need to support our Benefits function with the role of Benefits Analyst. Reporting to the Benefits Lead, this role involves providing timely and accurate analysis of portfolio benefits and system efficiencies to aid reporting at various levels, including directorate, portfolio, and NHSBSA Board. The post holder will collaborate closely with the Benefits Support Manager to facilitate benefits workshops and develop benefits profiles for projects and programmes.
Note: This role may not meet salary criteria for sponsorship for a Skilled Worker Visa unless previously sponsored before April 2024.

Accountabilities include:
Essential: HNC/HND or equivalent in a numerate subject
Desirable: Business analysis, data visualization qualifications, or benefits-related qualifications
Essential: Data analysis, MS Office, Power BI, benefits profiling, data manipulation
Desirable: Portfolio systems, MIRO experience
