In this hands-on role, you will be based in the Witney workshop, assembling and finishing top-tier furniture, cabinetry, and fixtures using a wide variety of high-end materials. You will bring a background in joinery, an eye for detail to help shape projects that push the limits of creativity and craftsmanship, work from detailed technical drawings, and undertake projects ranging from custom-built kitchen elements to dovetail drawers. This role would suit a Bench Joiner or similar with experience in woodworking, CNC operating and programming, wood machining, and bench joinery. You will be someone who thrives in a workshop environment, enjoys being a part of a team, and takes pride in producing work of the highest standard.
