Bench Joiner / Cabinet Maker – Burton-on-Trent
Workshop-based | £15–£19 per hour | Permanent
Mon–Thurs 7am–4pm, Fri 7am–1pm | Overtime Available (Time & Half)

We’re looking for an experienced Bench Joiner / Cabinet Maker to join a busy, well-established joinery manufacturer in Burton-on-Trent. This is a purely workshop-based role, working on high-end, bespoke interior projects — no site work.

The Role:

• Manufacturing bespoke joinery and cabinetry from technical drawings

• Operating workshop machinery and hand tools

• Assembling, sanding, and finishing to a high standard

• Working independently and as part of a team to deliver on time

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in bench joinery or cabinet making

• Ability to read and work from technical drawings

• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality craftsmanship

• Workshop-based manufacturing background (not site fitting)

• Reliable, punctual, and takes ownership of work

Pay & Benefits:

• £15.00–£19.00 per hour (DOE)

• Overtime paid at time and a half

• 40-hour basic week with early Friday finish

• Permanent role with long-term pipeline of work

• 3% employer pension contribution
