Job summary

Echo House in London is seeking skilled Freelance Bench Joiners to support our busy fabrication team on a project basis. We deliver bespoke displays, retail windows, and brand activations for high-end international clients.

You will interpret technical drawings, work with timber, MDF, laminates, acrylic, and metals, and collaborate with designers to ensure precise craftsmanship. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent and strong bench joinery skills preferred.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Carpentry/Joinery (or equivalent experience)
• Strong bench joinery and cabinet-making skills
• Excellent knowledge of tools and workshop machinery
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High attention to detail and craftsmanship standards
• Experience within creative production / retail / exhibitions (desirable)

The Role

We're seeking a talented and detail driven Bench Joiner to craft high-quality bespoke builds, including retail window displays, pop-ups, and brand activations. You'll work collaboratively with our Technical Design and Fabrication teams, bringing concepts to life with precision and craftsmanship.

• Building bespoke displays, set pieces, and retail installations
