Job summary

Aldem Talent Ltd is seeking an experienced Bench Joiner in Dunstable to join a bespoke joinery manufacturer renowned for traditional and heritage projects. The role involves producing timber windows, doors, frames and staircases to exacting standards from detailed drawings.

The ideal candidate will have strong traditional joinery experience, be proficient with timber joinery techniques, and able to work independently or as part of a team in a well-equipped workshop.

Qualifications

• Proven bench joiner experience in a workshop environment.
• Strong traditional joinery experience; windows, doors and staircases essential.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture bespoke timber windows, doors, frames and staircases.
• Produce traditional joinery products to a high standard of craftsmanship.

Bench Joiner - Traditional Joinery

Location: Dunstable, Bedfordshire

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

The Role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Bench Joiner to join an established bespoke joinery manufacturer based in Dunstable.

The company specialises in high-quality traditional and bespoke joinery, producing a range of products for residential, commercial and heritage projects.

The successful candidate will have strong experience in traditional joinery, particularly the manufacture of timber windows, doors, frames and staircases.

Key Responsibilities

• Manufacture bespoke timber windows, doors, frames and staircases.
• Produce traditional joinery products to a high standard of craftsmanship.
• Work from technical drawings and specifications.
• Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bench Joiner within a workshop environment.
