Job summary

Cavendish Professionals is seeking an experienced Bench Joiner to join a busy workshop team producing bespoke joinery. You will machine components, assemble units, and work from detailed drawings to meet deadlines and high standards.

Candidates should show strong joinery knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and within a team. Experience in bespoke joinery is advantageous for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Bench Joiner in a workshop
• Ability to read technical drawings and cutting lists
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to hit deadlines
• Reliable, organised, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Carpentry/joinery qualifications advantageous

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience as a Bench Joiner within a workshop environment.
• Strong joinery knowledge and ability to work from drawings.
• Good attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines.
• Reliable, organised and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Bespoke joinery experience and relevant carpentry / joinery qualifications would be advantageous
