Greenborne Joinery, a leader in high-end construction, heritage conservation and specialist crafts, seeks a skilled Bench Joiner to join our workshop network in London and the South of England. You will turn raw timber into precise, bespoke components, following drawings and using traditional and modern joinery methods.

Based at our state-of-the-art workshop in Basingstoke, you will work with a craftspeople team, carry out quality checks, fit ironmongery, and help produce panelling, doors,

Competenze

• Level 2 or 3 NVQ in Bench Joinery
• Experience in bench joinery
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Knowledge of traditional and modern joinery methods

Mansioni

• Work from full-sized working rods to produce components for bespoke joinery
• Prepare and follow cutting lists for production runs
• Shape, machine, and cut materials to precise joinery elements
• Assemble components with dry fits and final assemblies to high standards
• Fit ironmongery and other hardware with accuracy

As a Bench Joiner, you'll work with your team to craft high-quality bespoke joinery, turning raw materials into precise, polished components. You'll apply your joinery skills, technical knowledge, and attention to detail to produce work to the highest standards. This role offers the opportunity to develop your expertise within a skilled, collaborative workshop environment.

• You'll work from full-sized working rods to produce the components needed for bespoke joinery.
• You'll prepare and follow cutting lists to ensure production runs smoothly.
• You'll shape, machine, and cut materials, turning raw stock into precise joinery elements.
• You'll assemble components, carrying out dry fits and final assemblies to high standards.
• You'll fit ironmongery and other hardware with accuracy and care.
• You'll complete quality checks, ensuring every piece meets the standards you can be proud of.

You'll join Greenborne Joinery, collaborating with a skilled group of craftspeople, you'll have the opportunity to create stunning panelling, doors, windows and bespoke furniture, all made with a genuine passion for our clients who own luxury homes.
