Job summary

Wingstop Inc is seeking a General Manager for one of our established restaurants in Greater Manchester. You will own the operation, drive sales, coach the team, and uphold Wingstop standards to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

About the Role

As General Manager of one of our established restaurants, you'll take full ownership of the business, leading your team, driving performance, and creating a culture that delivers results.

You'll be accountable for everything that happens in your restaurant - from delivering exceptional customer experiences and growing sales, to controlling costs and developing a high-performing team. Leading from the front, you'll set the tone, build a strong team culture, and make sure your restaurant is operating at its best every single day.

This is a hands-on, high-impact leadership role where you'll drive results, inspire your team, and keep the energy high in a fast-paced environment.
