Job summary

Nordomatic AB is seeking an experienced BMS Service Engineer to cover the south of England. You will maintain, repair and improve customer BMS, taking responsibility for providing a high quality service to facilities management clients.

Responsibilities include building strong relationships with clients, seeking opportunities for additional contracts, performing routine and reactive servicing, and delivering clear site reports with recommendations.

Qualifications

• Good general BMS knowledge and relevant industry experience.
• Knowledge of N4/Tridium, Distech and Trend.
• Competency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel and Word).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain good relationships with existing clients.
• Actively look for opportunities for add-on support contracts and services with existing customers.
• Maintain and improve customer BMS systems by carrying out routine and reactive servicing, call outs, working promptly, efficiently and effectively in line with company procedures.
• Complete clear and concise reports detailing work carried out and recommendations on completion of any site visits.
• Carry out extra works and small projects/commissioning work under guidance.

We are seeking an experienced BMS Service Engineer to cover the south of England.

To maintain, repair and improve customer BMS, taking responsibility for providing a high quality service to both customers and Facility Management clients.

• Build and maintain good relationships with existing clients
• Actively look for opportunities for additonal support contracts and services with existing customers
• Maintain and improve customer BMS systems by carrying out routine and reacitive servicing, call outs, working promptly, efficiently and effectively in line with company procedures
• Complete clear and concise repots deetailing work carried out and recommendations on completion of any site visits
• Carry out extra works and small projects/commissioning work under guidance

You will have good general BMS knowledge and relevant industry exprience, have knowledge of N4/Tridium, Distech and Trend

Competency in MS Office products (Outlook, Excel and Word)
