Job summary

Open Control Solutions Ltd is seeking a BeMS & Controls Engineer to join the controls team across West Yorkshire. You will perform planned maintenance, fault finding and small works on building management systems, working closely with HVAC and electrical disciplines.

The role supports customers, reads schematics, and develops BeMS knowledge; travel across West Yorkshire and surrounding areas is required, with a focus on delivering reliable building control solutions.

Qualifications

• BeMS/BMS service and maintenance experience is required.
• Ability to read electrical/control schematics.
• Willingness to travel across West Yorkshire and surrounding areas.
• Full UK driving licence and a proactive, problem-solving approach.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance on BeMS and control systems.
• Attending reactive service calls and diagnosing faults in building control systems.
• Reading and interpreting electrical and control-panel schematics.
• Carrying out small repairs, modifications and upgrades to control systems.
• Supporting commissioning and system improvements and energy efficiency initiatives.
