Job summary

Open Control Solutions Ltd is seeking a Service & Support Engineer to join our BeMS/controls team in West Yorkshire and surrounding areas. The role focuses on planned maintenance, fault finding, and small works, with opportunities to develop knowledge in BeMS and building controls.

The successful candidate will have BeMS/BMS service or commissioning experience, electrical background, and a willingness to learn. Full UK driving licence and ability to travel within West Yorkshire are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in BeMS/BMS service or commissioning.
• Background in electrical engineering or building services.
• Ability to read electrical and control schematics.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance on BEMS and control systems.
• Attend reactive service calls and diagnose faults.
• Perform fault finding on electrical and control systems.
• Work with HVAC plant and related control systems.
• Provide professional technical support to customers.
• Complete service reports and maintain documentation.
• Assist commissioning and system improvements.
